 No. If you are asking to cover a paint job, this means something is wrong with the paint job. Fading, scratched, chipping, clearcoat missing or flaking,  etc. etc.  A wrap should never cover up a bad paint job because you will see every blemish underneath that wrap. Faded paint is a sign of oxidation. Oxidation will not allow vinyl to hold down and will bubble.

Yes. As long as it was factory painted, otherwise No. Wrap material does not like to stick to plastic which is the most common type of trim. Even painted plastic seems to fail. Chrome delete is a problem also because its a lot of cutting and sealing edges, that will most likely peal. And on top of that, for the labor alone will cost more than just ordering new trim the color you wish.

 We use 3M materials. The 3M wrap is a premium material and is rated to last up to 10 years depending on abuse.( Work or exposure to harsh elements. )  Stickers are made with an intermediate vinyl and it is rated to last up to 5 years.

Yes. It is $50 hour. $600 is a common price to remove a full wrap, but some take longer than others. There is a lot that is left behind once removing the wrap or stickers. If you have ever seen a box truck where the owners ripped off the sign but you still see streaks of stuck on dirt? That's the Glue left behind. It takes a lot of scrubbing and buffing to get all that cleaned up. Even one sticker could take hours depending on the quality of the stickers. Higher quality stickers will remove much easier than those impossible paper stickers that leave behind paper and glue. 

 The most common answer would be $700. The stripes are hand made and done directly onto your vehicle. It is time consuming and material using.  Material cost more for special or flip color vinyl and your stripes could cost as high as $1000

Yes but I can not insure the quality of the install. It depends on the quality of the sticker. If the sticker cost $5 or even $15 for a large sticker, well it probably isn't a high quality sticker.
